Overview
A property management group needed to improve curb appeal and tenant satisfaction without significantly increasing maintenance costs.
Challenge
The property’s lawn areas were patchy, walkways poorly lit, and drainage problems caused puddling after rain.
Solution
We installed low-maintenance ground cover, added decorative boulders, and upgraded pathway lighting. A new drainage system was integrated to direct runoff away from pedestrian areas
